		<description>Yup.  What they did was, they had a website (&lt;a href="http://www.ibelieveinharveydenttoo.com" rel="nofollow"&gt;http://www.ibelieveinharveydenttoo.com&lt;/a&gt;) which had various tasks.  Completing a task would net you a pixel to highlight.  It emerged that once all the pixels were highlighted, it revealed the above picture of the Joker, which is how it was released (a short while later, they released the proper hires picture seen above).

		<description>Actually it reminds me of the "Clown" character (Although it was never named) in the Supreme Power - Nighthawk Limited series, particularly with the facial cuts.  Heard there was a nice wee bit of viral marketing involved with some Harvey dent stuff.</description>
