It’d certainly make any fights against evil speedsters short

Now that this is out there, I’m really interested to see where this takes Barry’s character. I’m really hoping that now its out there, we’re going to see the other speedsters rally around him. He’s been very introspective and avoiding everyone, and I’m keen to see Barry interacting with everyone again and re-establishing his place in the DCU.

I quite enjoyed the issue but I did pick up on that the issue seemed to be trying to build up to the Black Flash reveal, with the wall drawings, but only when I read it a second time did I realise they were trying to create suspence. And it didn’t quite do it for me. The issue read nicely, but without the buildup they were trying to make towards Barry’s new status.

To be honest, I’d love it if he remained the Black Flash.

I know it won’t happen, but imagine it as a regular role. The reactions and changing opinions of the other characters would be worth it. xD
