Good point, I'd forgotten about the Wii Channel. I had previously used the Wii version (before it got a proper channel) and found it usable but not brilliant. I gather that the new channel is supposed to be a big improvement, although the PS3 version still gives higher quality video overall (which I imagine will be down to the hardware availability).

I'd hope more of the catchup services find their way on to the consoles. Sky's Anytime is now on X-Box for example, and I'd love a PS3 version as I use it all the time on my PC. 4OD would seem like a good one as well, if it carries their big name US shows as well as stuff like Skins which is quite big over here.

ITV I don't use much either to be honest, although when Primeval comes back it'd be nice to have.

Just a Wii side note (See what I did there, oh the chortles) the IPlayer is also available through yoru Wii. It does however need a certain amount of internal space free for the temporary downloads, asiode from that its a direct port of the online interface.

Of course, no real need for it for me, I use Virgin for tahts ort of thing and it gets 4OD as well. Ok it also has all the duff content from Virgin 1 (You want chuck? That'l cost you, for you cheapskate you get Brit Cops) and ITV Player (There is nothing on ITV I want to watch)
